The perfumers, Verônica Kato, working alongside Givaudan's Pierre-Constantin Guéros, created this fragrance with an aromatic aquatic character that opens cool and maritime but refuses to stay detached. The composition captures the essence of coastal air, blending marine notes with aromatic elements that give it unexpected depth. From the first spray, there's a crispness that suggests open skies and salt-tinged breezes, but the fragrance evolves quickly into something warmer and more complex. What makes Kaiak Vital distinctive is the inclusion of copaiba balm in the base, a resin that anchors the drydown alongside cedar and sandalwood, giving the finish a resinous warmth that pushes back against the marine top notes.
