Jacques Polge created Allure Homme Edition Blanche in 2008 as a variation within the Allure line, using the original Allure Homme as a structural foundation. The house gave Polge latitude to reinterpret the masculine archetype through a sharper, more incisive lens. Where the original leaned into warmth, this edition introduced an almost metallic brightness in its opening, letting the pepper notes take center stage. The house has always treated its flank variations as distinct compositions rather than mere tweaks, and this edition reflects that philosophy clearly.
The note selection reflects a deliberate balance between brightness and warmth. Black and pink pepper establish an opening that feels contemporary and direct. Lemon and bergamot in the heart bring a classic citrus quality that grounds the spice without diluting it.
