Why it exists.
The beginning
Spirit Of Elegance emerged in 2018 from Al Ambra's Dubai atelier, crafted by perfumer Ghanim Yaqoob Jumma Khurram. Khurram answered with lavender and clary sage, two herbs that bring a clean, aromatic quality to the opening. The lavender provides a familiar floral-green lift while the clary sage adds a slightly nutty, woody undertone that rounds the sharper edges. Beneath this herbal foundation, a leather note settles in, adding depth and texture. The interplay between the bright top notes and the grounding leather creates a composition with layers that reveal themselves gradually. The leather itself feels present without being aggressive, giving the fragrance its backbone. Limited in production, named without irony.
What makes Spirit Of Elegance unusual is its structural balance. The leather and iris create distinct sensory layers, the leather bringing texture and body while the iris offers a soft, powdery sweetness. Bitter almond adds an almost edible warmth that keeps the composition grounded rather than drifting into pure sweetness. The combination creates something cohesive, where each element has room to breathe. The evolution

The leather recedes but doesn't vanish, it becomes the undertone, the thing that keeps the sweetness from getting floaty. The cashmeran extends this warmth, adding a soft, velvety quality to the drydown.

Spirit Of Elegance presents itself without excess. The fragrance features leather as a central element, paired with powdery iris and a subtle bitter almond warmth.
