The beginning
Montana launched Suggestion Eau d'Argent in 2016, a silver entry in a metallic series that explores different facets of the same woman. The collection's premise is variation around a single feminine ideal, with each metallic edition offering a different light. Suggestion Eau d'Argent represents a lighter, more crystalline turn, the quiet counterpoint in a series otherwise defined by presence and projection. Perfumer Emilie Coppermann composed a scent that reads cool and luminous without losing compositional weight. White tea and pink pepper open with a chilled brightness, the coolness of polished silver itself, while osmanthus, jasmine, and lily of the valley build a translucent floral heart that seems suspended in water.
The choice of white tea as the opening note signals something deliberate. White tea is one of perfumery's more elusive materials, sheer, slightly green, with a lactonic softness that reads as silk on skin.
