Why it exists.
The beginning
Caroline Dumur designed Chloe Nomade Jasmin Naturel around the proposition of jasmine as a central element. Egyptian jasmine absolute takes front and center, harvested under responsible practices. Bergamot opens sharp, almost astringent, then a smooth date accord softens everything into something unexpected. Dumur worked within Chloe's broader Nomade universe, creating a fragrance where natural-origin ingredients coexist with complexity. Jasmine from Egypt anchors the composition. Dates, not a typical perfumery note, bridge the floral and the edible. Vanilla and sandalwood ground the whole thing in warmth, with sandalwood lending a creamy, almost milky quality that keeps the base from becoming heavy.
The date accord is what makes this composition unusual.
