Why it exists.
The beginning
Humor Secreto arrived in 2015, composed by perfumer Magali Lara for Natura. The name, Secret Humor, frames the scent less as a declaration than as a private joke, the kind shared between two people across a table. Lara turned here to a quieter register than many of her other compositions: pink fruit on top, a soft powdery middle, and creamy wood underneath. The opening is a bright, almost candied burst of strawberry and raspberry that feels deliberately uncomplicated, like the first line of a punchline. From there, the scent softens into something more textural, a plush almond sweetness folded into a swirl of heliotrope that gives the whole thing a powdery, cosmetic delicacy.
The heliotrope in the heart is what defines the scent's character and carries it past the obvious fruity sweetness. Heliotrope brings a marzipan-almond softness that echoes the fruit on top without quoting it directly, creating a powdery, almost cosmetic bridge between the bright opening and the warmer base. That bridge is the fragrance's quietest move: instead of letting the strawberry and raspberry stay loud, the heliotrope pulls them toward something more rounded, almost creamy, and gives the composition a softness that pure fruit accords rarely achieve on their own.
The evolution
The first ten minutes are unmistakably a fruit bowl. Cherry dominates, raspberry sharpens the edges, strawberry rounds it into something that reads almost like jam on toast. By the thirty-minute mark the fruit has softened, and heliotrope steps forward with its almond-marshmallow character, pulling jasmine and lily of the valley into a powdery, slightly soapy sweetness. The jasmine is restrained, almost a suggestion, kept in check by the cooler florals. Around the three-hour mark the base takes over: vanilla and amber settle into a warm, lactonic skin, with sandalwood underneath giving just enough woody dryness to keep the sweetness from collapsing. On most skin it fades by hour six, leaving a faint creamy-powder trace close to the wrist.

Humor Secreto sits comfortably within Natura's Humor line, a collection that explores mood and play rather than heritage or luxury. The fragrance is built around an immediately appealing sweetness: strawberry and raspberry at the top, a heliotrope and almond heart that gives it a powdery softness, and a creamy sandalwood-vanilla base that rounds everything out. On skin, the opening reads bright and almost edible, the kind of first impression that makes the wearer smile rather than consider.
