From the first spray, the fragrance announces itself with a confident blast of bergamot and grapefruit before the heart turns warm with clove, cinnamon, and ginger. As hours pass, patchouli, vetiver, moss, tonka, and woods settle into a close, darkening finish that stays present without shouting.
What makes this composition interesting is how it splits the difference between freshness and density. The opening reads clean and lifted: bergamot, grapefruit, blackcurrant, a touch of nutmeg warming the edges. But the heart turns immediately toward spice: cinnamon, clove, ginger, with lemon cutting through to keep the brightness alive.
