Where the original carried the bright sting of alcohol through its opening, this formulation suspends the fragrance in concentrated perfume micro pearls dissolved in water, removing that sharp edge entirely. The result is a softer, more skin-bound rose. The perfumer behind this variant built it to let the lychee and blackcurrant speak before any floral weight arrives. It's the same composition, retuned for a quieter, wetter read. The juice lands almost milky at first spritz, the micro-pearls lending a faint cloudy quality to the liquid before it disappears into the skin.
What makes this edition technically interesting is what it removes. Traditional fragrances rely on alcohol as both carrier and opening sharpener, and that sharpness is something many wearers barely notice until it's gone. The Perle formulation replaces that alcohol with water and micro-encapsulated perfume beads, so the opening behaves differently from what most people expect from an eau de parfum. There's no prickle on the skin, no instant projection burst from the spray. Just fruit, then florals, then musk settling in close.
