Jubilation 40 Man marks the moment Bertrand Duchaufour returned to his own work. The original Jubilation XXV became an Amouage cornerstone, a scent that dared to combine blackberry with frankincense and made it regal. Fifteen years after that cornerstone launched, the house called the same hands back. Not to reproduce. To amplify. The 2023 brief was simple: take what worked and push it further. Davana and blackcurrant joined the opening. Scotch broom arrived in the heart, lending its honeyed, tobacco-like depth to the composition. Every layer gained weight. This is the same perfumer looking at his own blueprint and asking what he missed the first time. The Exceptional Extraits collection frames these releases as something beyond perfume.
