Bisch interprets the house's defining triad of Rose, Frankincense, and Orientalgris through a contemporary lens, taking the classic Omani rose into richer, more opulent territory where it mingles with the smoky mysticism of frankincense. The Orientalgris accord grounds these brighter elements in a deep, resinous base that speaks to Amouage's heritage. The result is a study in contrasts: light and shadow, fragility and ostentatiousness, brought together with an immediacy that only perfumery can achieve. This is not a fragrance that hedges. It declares itself.

The 46% concentration isn't incidental, it's the point. At that dose, every material gets to behave as intended: the pear opens sharp and fruity rather than receding into background sweetness.
