What makes this composition interesting is the structural tension between citrus brightness and dessert warmth. The evolution
The first 15 minutes are almost misleading. Bergamot and limoncello cut sharp and clean, apple adding a crisp fruit sweetness underneath. The jasmine and orchid creep in underneath, giving the spice a soft, creamy base. By the 30-minute mark, the whole thing has tilted.
