The perfumer behind this 2018 creation found a way to make the warmth feel considered rather than aggressive, precious rather than heavy. The interplay between saffron and frankincense is what makes Reve d'Encens unusual. Most incense-forward compositions lean entirely warm, almost aggressive in their smoky character. The evolution
