Fabrice Pellegrin built this fragrance around a tension: the cool, luminous quality of roses caught in actual moonlight versus the warm, honeyed nature of rose absolute. The result is a rose that doesn't apologize for being a rose, it simply refuses to be ordinary. Where many fine florals lean into sweetness or softness, Moonlight Rose insists on dimension. The genius of this composition lies in its two-rose heart. Bulgarian rose brings a fresh, dewy quality, the scent of petals still holding morning moisture.
