Why it exists.
The beginning
10/10 launched in 2024 under the Bujairami Perfumes label, composed by founder Adam Bujairami. The name telegraphs the intention: nothing hedged, nothing modest, no apologies for the volume. Adam composed it as an Oriental Floral unifier, and 10/10 reads as a flagship statement of that philosophy from the first spray. The opening pivots on truffle and a citrus burst from mandarin, Amalfi lemon, and bergamot, with blackcurrant adding a dark-fruit counterweight. Ylang-ylang, gardenia, and jasmine crowd the first thirty minutes, loud and unapologetic. The citrus top notes land bright and almost tart at first contact, with the Amalfi lemon contributing a sharp, almost bitter edge that the sweeter mandarin softens.
What makes 10/10 structurally interesting is the collision at its center. Truffle, a material more common in niche leather-and-earth compositions, sits in the same top-note slot as Amalfi lemon and mandarin orange. The truffle's damp, mushroom-like earthiness rubs directly against the lemon's sharp acidity and the mandarin's sweeter pulp, creating an immediate tension rather than a smooth transition.
The evolution
The first ten minutes are pure spectacle. Mandarin, Amalfi lemon, and bergamot cut bright across the top while truffle hangs underneath like a velvet rope. Blackcurrant adds tartness. Jasmine and ylang-ylang bloom fast and loud. By the thirty-minute mark the citrus has softened into the white floral heart, and the truffle settles into something earthier, almost mushroomy against the gardenia and orchid. Spiced and fruity accords tighten the middle, and the composition shifts from bright-and-loud to dense-and-warm. After two hours the base takes over. Mexican chocolate arrives warm and slightly bitter, sandalwood adds creaminess, and the incense brings smoke without ash. Patchouli and vetiver ground everything, white musk softens the edges, amber glows underneath. The drydown holds for hours, close to the skin but unmistakably present. What survives longest is the chocolate-incense-sandalwood trinity, rich, resinous, and faintly sweet. The next morning, a trace of amber and musk lingers on the collar and wrists, a quiet afterimage of last night's volume.

10/10 reads as a statement-making profile within the contemporary niche fragrance landscape, and Bujairami has cultivated a following drawn to exactly this kind of bold, unapologetic construction.
