Fruit arrives in a rush. Williams pear opens crisp and immediate, peach arriving seconds later to sweeten the deal. Bright without sharpness. That opening doesn't ask permission.

    The Story

    Why it exists.

Barb Stegemann launched The 7 Virtues in 2010 with a clear mandate: create clean fragrances that rebuild communities. The brand sources ingredients from regions rebuilding after conflict, Afghanistan, Haiti, Rwanda, and channels fair-trade ethics into every bottle. Lotus Pear arrived in 2022, developed with perfumer Céline Herbette. The idea was to make a fruity floral that didn't pretend to be anything else: no smoky counterpoint, no dark wood to complicate things. Just fruit, florals, and a quiet social mission. The name says exactly what's inside, Williams pear and lotus, no code.

Lotus and pear don't usually share a bottle. The combination either makes this your new everyday scent or too sweet to finish. What's your take?
