The name means "word of water" in French, and it carries the collection's central paradox: water is colorless and odorless by definition, yet this fragrance uncovers what water conceals. Eucalyptus and pine needles anchor the opening to that forest-stream sensation, cold, mineral freshness, clean bite, immediately distinguishing this from generic aquatics.
The composition works by inversion. Where most fresh fragrances chase the idea of water, Parole d'eau takes the materials that water touches, the forest floor, the cold stone, the clean exhale, and builds from there.
