Violet + White Sandal takes two ingredients and threads them together. The violet oil comes from the Northern Hemisphere, the white sandalwood native to Asia. Both are quiet materials. Both soften in water. The formula leans on mineral water and corn-fermented alcohol as its base, stepping away from heavier, more resinous compositions. It carries the Nativa SPA concept forward in a lighter register, using a blend that includes grapefruit, orange, violet, sandalwood, and musk alongside supporting notes like cinnamon, water, and oakmoss.
What makes this composition worth noticing is the tension between aquatic freshness and old-school powder. Violet and sandalwood are both ingredients with long histories in European perfumery. Here they're suspended in grapefruit, orange, and water notes that strip them of their usual weight, creating a lifted, almost weightless version of what those materials can do.
