Nishane was founded in Istanbul in 2012 with the ambition of creating fragrances that bridge Eastern and Western sensibilities. The brand's extrait concentration philosophy means every scent is built with high concentration for lasting presence. Hacivat X marks the brand's ten-year anniversary, a reinterpretation of their global bestseller, the original Hacivat. That fragrance took its name from a character in Karagöz and Hacivat, the beloved shadow puppet theater of Turkey, where two friends who could not stop talking were immortalized in legend. Perfumer Julien Rasquinet brings his expertise to this anniversary edition, crafting a scent that honors the original while pushing into new aromatic territory.
