In 2023 the perfumer set out to bottle the sweet-spicy moment when a slice of baba, drenched in amber rum, meets the zest of fresh oranges and a hint of lemon. The house's Italian roots are evident in the dessert-forward approach, treating the baba not as a gimmick but as a legitimate olfactory subject worthy of artistic interpretation.
Each note layer serves a clear purpose in this composition. The citrus and rum opening establishes immediacy and brightness. The heart's clove and Baba dessert create warmth and aromatic complexity.
