KAAZE Pistache is a 2026 collaboration between Fragrance Du Bois and Swedish DJ and producer KAAZE, composed by perfumer Dalia Izem. The brief reads loud and clear: take the gourmand category at face value, no hedging, no apologies. Pistachio sits front and center, caramel wrapped around it like ribbon, then hibiscus cuts through with a tart edge that keeps the sweetness honest. The contrast is the point. Dalia Izem built the composition like a layered confection: each note earns its place, nothing filler, nothing polite. On skin, the opening has a distinctly nutty warmth that reads almost toasted, the pistachio carrying an oily richness that suggests butter and salt without tipping into the savory.
What makes this composition interesting is the coffee note sitting in the heart alongside jasmine. Brazilian arabica gives the gourmand structure a backbone of bitterness that grounds the pistachio and caramel in something darker and more roasted.
