Chrome Intense arrived in 2015 as a flanker to the original Chrome, extending the aquatic-citrus concept into darker territory. The perfumer built this interpretation around aquatic freshness paired with mate and papyrus, creating a composition with more presence and structure than the original. The name says it all: Chrome, but intensified. More presence, more structure, a darker register. The opening delivers mint and bergamot with crisp effervescence, while the heart develops an herbal-bitter quality that prevents the usual flatness. The base anchors downward with vetiver, patchouli, and sandalwood, creating mineral-rich depth that lingers close to the skin. It's fragrance as equipment, designed for the modern man who moves between environments without losing composure.
