The fragrance takes its name from a city that has become shorthand for a particular kind of heat, ambition, and polished urban glamour, and translates that mood into something wearable rather than literal. It's citrus-spicy on paper, but the concept feels closer to a portrait than a postcard. The house's catalog includes gourmand-leaning compositions like Pistachio Kunafa and Biscotti Truffle, so this fresher, more aquatic direction stands out within the lineup.
What makes the structure interesting is the tension between the cold-opening top and the warm-leaning base. Pineapple and bergamot don't usually share space with patchouli and tonka bean in the same bottle, and the ginger-cardamom heart acts as the pivot point between the two halves.
