Thomas Nipkow conceived Rêves Sucrés for Pro Fragrantia in 2024 with the ambition of distilling the feeling of stepping into a sunlit orchard at peak summer. Having trained in Grasse yet rooted in Swiss minimalism, Nipkow approached the brief with the precision of a watchmaker, calibrating each fruit note to arrive in sequence rather than as a blur. The goal was not to recreate fruit but to distill its memory, using rhubarb as a sharp focal point and melon and plum to carry weight and depth. The resulting scent carries the quiet confidence of a young niche house that believes transparency in ingredients matters as much as artistry in composition.
Pro Fragrantia built Rêves Sucrés on a philosophy of ingredient transparency, listing every note without apology or obscuring language. The opening fruit accord was designed as a conversation between tart and sweet, using rhubarb to anchor the brighter fruits and prevent them from drifting into generic summer-fruit territory.
