David Apel built Siano around yellow florals with an unexpected edge. Osmanthus and mimosa deliver honeyed nectar warmth, rich and full. Cognac brings depth: warm, intimate. Together they create a sweetness that feels natural and earned. But the green bell pepper arrives sharp and unexpected, cutting through the honey with an herbal bitterness that reframes everything. Yellow florals sit somewhere between approachable and unusual. Osmanthus brings apricot sweetness, mimosa brings honeyed warmth, both lush on their own, but their real character emerges when grounded by something bitter.
