The concept came from the sensation of eating candy, that burst of spice followed by a clean exhale. Demachy wanted to capture that in a fragrance, layering bright citrus with a ginger accord and woody base notes that give it substance and character. Launched in 2008, it was positioned as a fresh and explosive scent for a younger audience, one that followed the tradition of Dior Homme while pushing into more energetic territory. The campaign face was Jude Law, emphasizing that this was a sport fragrance with genuine depth behind the energy.
