Where the brand's other offerings trade in denser, more opulent territory, Glossed opens things up: lighter on its feet, more transparent in its construction, closer in feel to a brushed-on veil than a heavy trail. Adam Bujairami, the nose behind this fragrance, composed Glossed to feel effortless without losing the kind of presence that holds its shape throughout the day. What makes Glossed work is how it channels the exuberance of contemporary floral-fruity perfumery while keeping its structure tight and intentional. Litchi brings the sugary-tart snap that has become almost shorthand for the modern fruity-floral category, bright and unmistakable. Osmanthus adds its apricot-leather dimension, lending a complexity that lifts the composition above its sweeter components.
