The Story
Why it exists.
The beginning
The Essence of Dreams collection arrived in 2022 with five fragrances built around the power of dreams. Electric Sky is the one that captures freedom, the energy after a storm, when everything feels possible again. Vibrant and rapturous. An unexpected mix of refreshing cactus flower, lavender, and wood. Saltwater lends a mineral quality, blue sage adds brightness, and Palo Santo accord brings warmth and positivity. The name says it all: charged air, open sky, the moment when the weather breaks and the world resets.
What makes this composition unusual is the cactus flower. A plant built for drought, not fragrance, and yet its blossom carries a clean, almost green sweetness that reads as fresh without being aquatic or citrussy. The sustainably sourced lavender (from sources that reinvest in local communities) brings the herbal calm. Palo Santo and vetiver in the base anchor everything in warm, earthy territory. The result is a fragrance that moves confidently between cool and warm, never sitting still long enough to become predictable.
The evolution
Blue sage and violet hit first. Bright, almost electric. The kind of clarity that arrives after a storm passes, cool, still, scrubbed of everything that came before. Violet keeps it from going too sharp. Just enough softness to balance the green. The heart shifts the register. Cactus flower and lavender arrive together, which shouldn't work but does. One from the desert, one from hillside gardens, their contrast creates a warm, spiced quality. Clean sweetness meets herbal calm. This is where the fragrance reveals its intention: freshness that doesn't stay on the surface. The drydown is where Palo Santo and vetiver do their work. Woody, earthy, a little smoky. The mineral note fades. The salt retreats. What remains is warmth, close to the skin, intimate, lasting for the final hours of the wear.
Cultural impact
Electric Sky is part of the Essence of Dreams collection, five fragrances exploring the power of dreams, each with a distinct emotional register. Electric Sky is the freedom one. The post-storm one. The scent opens with a sparkling citrus breeze that feels like fresh morning air, then moves into a luminous floral heart where the cactus flower adds a subtle green, slightly spiky nuance that is both unexpected and inviting. As it settles, the fragrance leaves a clean, skin-kissed warmth that lingers gently, echoing the calm after a storm.
