Verdigris comes from Scent Hunters with Julien Plos behind the formula. The composition opens with a trio of citrus, bitter orange, lemon, and sweet orange, then threads through wormwood, sage, and eucalyptus at its core. The base settles into copaiba balm, guaiac wood, tobacco, patchouli, and musk. From the first spray, the citrus reads bright and slightly sharp, the kind of opening that cuts through a room without shouting. As the minutes pass, the herbal elements soften the brightness, lending a dry, almost medicinal green tone that tempers the initial sweetness of the orange notes. The transition from sharp citrus to smoky base happens gradually, and the wear feels deliberate rather than accidental.
