In 2016, perfumer Jérôme Epinette crafted Do Not Disturb for Vilhelm Parfumerie, a powdery iris-forward scent with an earthy backbone that feels sophisticated, slightly aloof, and unexpectedly warm underneath. The composition opens with a quiet, bitter-green carrot seed note that grounds the pepper's sparkle before it can become superficial, giving the fragrance a sense of depth from the first spray.
