Les Infusions de Fleur d'Oranger

What makes this composition unusual is the way the heart holds together three florals that rarely coexist peacefully. Moroccan orange blossom, Indian jasmine sambac, and Indian tuberose could easily compete for attention, the jasmine swallowing the tuberose, the orange blossom disappearing beneath both. Instead, the powdery Serenolide base creates a warm, skin-close canvas that allows each floral to breathe without overwhelming the others. The citrus top notes, Tunisian neroli and mandarin, open the fragrance with a clean, bright presence.

The evolution

The opening arrives quickly, neroli and mandarin hitting bright and citrus-forward. Then the heart takes over. The Moroccan orange blossom blooms first, followed by jasmine sambac and the thicker, creamier presence of Indian tuberose. This is where the fragrance earns its character. The tuberose leans into its own animalic nature, that slightly latex, almost indolic edge that divides opinion. The powdery base and Serenolide arrive as the florals begin to settle, bringing everything into skin warmth. That warm, close, powdery finish is what lingers. It can persist for hours on skin, and on fabric it can remain until the next wash.
