Kayali, meaning 'my imagination' in Arabic, launched in 2018 with a vision that fragrance should be layered and personal, not a single signature. Each formula is refined dozens of times before release, with the number after each name reflecting those iterations. Yum Pistachio Gelato 33 takes its name from this obsessive refinement process. Perfumer Olivier Cresp built this around a genuine pistachioGelato accord, layering nuttiness against cold dairy and bright citrus spice. The result is a scent that reads as food without becoming literal.
