The composition reads like a garden in late afternoon, intimate and unhurried, preferring quiet depth over trend-chasing declaration. Its brief asked for a floral that earns its sweetness without announcing itself, and the result is a fruity-floral built around lychee and rhubarb on top, a layered heart of peony, rose, and lily of the valley, and a base of musk, vanilla, and amber that warms without weight. The opening is bright and almost dewy, the lychee lending a juicy, translucent quality while the rhubarb introduces a tart edge that keeps the fruit from collapsing into simple sugar.
What makes the composition worth slowing down for is how the fruit behaves once it lands. Lychee and rhubarb carry enough tart edge to cut the vanilla's pull, and the heart doesn't crowd them out.
