Created by Ramón Béjar, this composition takes its cues from a bright citrus opening that gives way to a generous floral heart before settling into a warmer, more intimate base. Bergamot and orange blossom arrive first, sharp and almost blinding, the kind of introduction that makes you check your wrist twice. Then the rose steps forward, rounded out by jasmine and peony, and the whole thing softens into something powdery and quietly persistent. The vanilla and musk at the base keep the composition from drifting away, grounding the florals with warmth that lingers longer than you'd expect.
The interesting move here is the raspberry in the base. Most masculine florals reach for woods or tobacco to stay grounded. This one reaches for fruit, raspberry tucked under the vanilla and musk, which means the sweetness never feels borrowed from a gourmand. It feels grown in the same garden as the flowers. That tension between floral and quietly edible is what carries the drydown past where most men's florals collapse.
The evolution
