    Prosecco

A dry, green-apple sparkle built to read as Italian sparkling wine rather than champagne. Prosecco is lighter and less bready than its French counterpart, with a fine bead and a crisp pear-and-citrus edge. Perfumers use it for effervescence, to keep sweet stone fruit from settling into syrup.
