The Story
Why it exists.
The beginning
Within Sarantis's C-Thru line, named for its transparent bottles, Tender Love is the warm-hearted choice among a collection built around mood-matching. The clear glass is intentional: the scent should sell itself before you even open it. The name does exactly what it promises. Tender Love is for the day you want softness without sweetness, warmth without weight. It's one of the more personal entries in the C-Thru range, not trying to make a statement, just asking to be worn.
The architecture here is deceptively simple: bright citrus top, floral heart, warm powder base. What makes it earn its keep is the jasmine-vanilla handshake, jasmine that opens sweet and expansive, then violet that tightens it into something powdery before the vanilla softens everything back down. It's the kind of composition that gets loyalty through consistency, not complexity. The ozonic accord in the middle is the quiet differentiator: a hint of wateriness that keeps the white florals from getting heavy. Not many fragrances at this price point bother with that kind of structural thought.
The evolution
The opening is crystalline. Bergamot, mandarin, pear, citrus fruits at their freshest, with a slight crunch from the pear that keeps things interesting. The mandarin adds a tiny zest that catches light. Within the hour, the florals take over. Jasmine surfaces first, lotus shimmers behind it, and violet threads powder through the whole arrangement. The ozonic quality shows up as a clean, slightly aquatic undertone, not oceanic, just fresh. It's the kind of transition that feels like a room slowly filling with afternoon light. Hours two through six belong to amber, musk, and vanilla. The florals recede, skin takes over, and what lingers is warm, close, intimate. Not a room-filler. A skin-filler. The next morning, a faint trace on a collar is all you'll find, and that might be the best part.
Cultural impact
Tender Love occupies comfortable territory in the floral-fruity category, not a statement fragrance, but one that earns loyalty through consistency. Its strength is accessibility: a composed, pleasant scent that asks for nothing except a wearing, making it a reliable staple for daily life
