Playful Woman arrived in 2016 as part of a paired release from Otto Kern, the German fashion house with roots reaching back to 1970. Marketed alongside its masculine counterpart Full Play under the hashtag #okwannaplay, the fragrance was pitched as the scent of seduction, elegant sexiness, self-love and independence. Game, passion and sophistication in one bottle. The opening hits with a fizzy lift of champagne, raspberry and grapefruit, that bright effervescent burst you get from the first sip of something cold and celebratory.
