Dj Mariio arrived in 2022 as part of Mercadona's ongoing collaboration. The Dj Mariio pack arrived on Mercadona shelves as a men's grooming bundle, with this eau de toilette sitting alongside a shower gel and shampoo. The scent profile leans gourmand and creamy, built around coconut and pineapple up top, a soft floral heart of cyclamen and lily of the valley, and a base that pulls in cedarwood, patchouli, tonka bean, and maltol. Each element pulls its weight in the composition. The coconut opens with a milky, almost suntan-lotion richness that sits just behind the brighter fruit. Pineapple brings a syrupy sweetness that reads candied rather than fresh-cut, giving the opening its tropical tilt without venturing into overly juicy territory.
What's interesting here is the note structure itself. The top layer opens with bergamot and mint adding brightness, and lavender holding it in a familiar masculine shape.
