Little Black Dress Holiday arrived in 2025 as a seasonal spin on Avon's long-running Little Black Dress line, a collection built around the idea that one little black dress never really gets old, it just gets a different occasion. There's something appealing about a fragrance that treats variety as the point. A wardrobe gets rotated by season, by mood, by what the calendar happens to be asking of you, and the scents that live in that wardrobe can rotate right alongside it. Holiday steps into that rotation with a clear intention: to be the lighter, brighter counterpart to whatever came before it in the line.
What makes Holiday work is the restraint. The opening is bright and confident, built around pink grapefruit, green apple, and lemon, three citrus notes that hit the nose almost simultaneously and create that immediate, mouth-watering sparkle that good citrus fragrances do so well.
