The opening centers on blackcurrant, pear, and bergamot, three notes that bring brightness and a certain juiciness without tipping into the syrupy territory that haunts so many fruit-led scents. Bergamot adds a clean citrus lift, pear softens the tartness of the blackcurrant, and the whole top reads almost like a chilled fruit cup, crisp and inviting. The base then introduces a gourmand accord that nods to sweetness without drowning in it, keeping the drydown warm and approachable rather than heavy.
What makes the composition distinctive is the restraint in the heart. Geranium and cardamom carry the middle, which means the sweetness arrives late, not early, and the fruit reads clean instead of syrupy.
