What distinguishes Wild within the sweet-tobacco category is its structural integrity. The honey presents itself as a thick, amber-like syrup, bringing an almost sticky sweetness alongside a raw tobacco note that provides contrast. The vanilla in the heart refuses to soften this into something powdery and predictable. Instead, cocoa tempers the sweetness, introducing a dark chocolate bitterness that adds sophistication and keeps the composition from becoming one-dimensional.

The evolution

The opening arrives immediately, filling the space with honey-drenched tobacco for roughly the first thirty minutes. The sweetness is thick, almost sticky, making its presence known without hesitation. After the first hour, the honey begins to recede, creating room for the heart notes to emerge. By the second and third hours, vanilla and cocoa take center stage, with patchouli providing a woody, earthy undertone that prevents the sweetness from becoming overwhelming. This combination creates a warm tobacco character that carries into the later stages. Five to seven hours in, the composition settles into a deep, dark phase where honey and tobacco remain compressed alongside the cocoa and vanilla. Amber, styrax, and French labdanum hold the architecture together long after the overt sweetness has diminished, with traces detectable the following morning after overnight wear.
