Sublime Air arrived in 2025 as part of Naseem's Sublime Collection, a range that trades on a fresher, lighter aesthetic than the house's earlier output. The brief reads simple on paper: a fresh woody-fruity composition built for warm weather and close-to-skin wear. The execution is where it gets interesting. The opening leans into crisp, green-edged freshness, with fruity top notes catching the light before the woodier heart settles in underneath. As the hours pass, that initial brightness softens without disappearing entirely; the woods warm up against the skin, taking on a slightly creamy, almost sunlit quality that suits the sort of days when heavier compositions would feel like too much.
What makes the composition distinctive is the carrot seed in the heart. It's an unusual choice in modern perfumery, dusty and vegetal in a way that grounds the bright citrus top and prevents the whole thing from collapsing into generic freshness.
