What makes Oud Supreme structurally interesting is how it refuses the typical oud playbook. Rather than leading with the wood, it opens with fruit, tart, bright, almost startling, then lets rose do the heavy lifting before the oud finally arrives. The carrot seed and geranium in the heart add a green, slightly earthy quality that keeps the florals from feeling decorative. The evolution

The opening hits immediately: blackcurrant and Spanish lemon create an effervescent tartness that feels nothing like the oud lurking beneath. Within twenty minutes, the cassis softens and the Turkish rose takes over, bigger than expected, almost theatrical against the green undertones of geranium and carrot seed. The frankincense is quiet here, more atmospheric than declarative.
