Blackwood and cedar carry an earthy depth, while patchouli adds a dark, almost smoky quality that grounds the brightness from the opening. The evolution

The opening is all lavender, clean, almost medicinal in its clarity. Bergamot arrives a few minutes in, lifting the herbs with a brief citrus brightness before both recede. By the thirty-minute mark, the heart takes over. Patchouli leads, dark and earthy, followed by blackwood and cedar, a woody triad that gives the scent its structure. The spice shows up here too, warming the middle without pushing forward. Two hours in, the base begins its slow arrival. Tonka bean arrives first, sweet and slightly nutty, then vanilla and white amber wrap everything in warmth.
