The Story
Why it exists.
The beginning
Attractive Supreme arrived in 2022 as part of Água de Cheiro's evolving Attractive line. The Feminino edition reads like a love letter to tropical abundance, built on a tight triangle: mango, rose, raspberry. No filler, no floral cushion, just three notes doing all the work. The composition leans into a lush, sun-drenched register without resorting to cliché. A juicy fruit-floral that takes its sweetness seriously enough to anchor it with something structural. The mango opens with that unmistakable ripe tropical character, the kind of fruit that bursts open on the tongue, and the rose arrives soon after, not powdered or coy but full and rounded, the way a garden rose smells after rain. Raspberry rounds out the triangle with a tart edge that keeps everything honest.
The pyramid is stripped to almost nothing, and that's what makes it interesting. Just mango up top, a single rose at the center, raspberry nectar underneath. The result is a composition that wears closer to a flavored mist than a structured parfum, but it doesn't feel cheap. The three notes are confident enough to carry the entire arc, and the accord between mango's tropical softness and raspberry's tart sweetness creates enough friction to keep the rose from floating off. It's a minimalist approach that respects the materials enough to let them speak.
The evolution
On skin, the mango hits first and it hits loud, the kind of ripe, almost overripe tropical fruit that smells like the fruit stall on a hot afternoon. Within ten minutes the rose elbows in, not a powdery or soapy rose but something fuller, almost jam-like, warming the mango into something less aggressive. By the thirty-minute mark the fruit recedes and the rose holds the center, cushioned by the raspberry base that was building underneath the whole time. The drydown is where this composition gets interesting. Two hours in, the raspberry nectar becomes the star. It's not a sharp berry, more like cooked-down fruit, slightly syrupy, clinging to skin. The rose fades to a whisper. The mango is essentially gone. What lasts is that warm raspberry-rose skin scent, intimate, slightly sweet, the kind of thing you catch on a scarf the next morning.
Cultural impact
Attractive Supreme operates firmly within the fruity-floral category, a register the Attractive line explores with some consistency. It's the kind of scent that shows up in everyday rotation, easy enough for daytime but with enough sweetness to register as deliberate. Wearers tend to gravitate toward it for warm-weather outings, casual evenings, and the moments between effort and ease. The composition translates well to high temperatures, where the mango can really unfurl and the raspberry base becomes more pronounced against warm skin.
