The intent seems clear: pair bright, slightly spiced fruit with a soft floral heart, then cushion the landing in cocoa and musk so the close stays skin-close rather than syrupy. On the nose, the raspberry opens with a tart, almost candied snap that reads juicy rather than jammy, the kind of fruit note that suggests a bowl of fresh berries rather than a dessert plate. Beneath it, a thread of bergamot lifts the sweetness, adding a citrus brightness that keeps the opening from tipping into confection territory.
What's genuinely interesting here is the raspberry-cocoa axis.
