The castoreum and clove push it further into resinous territory, so the sweetness never reads as simple. The evolution

On skin, it opens with toasted caramel and plum that arrive almost edible, the fig folded in just enough to keep it from collapsing into syrup. The Taif rose surfaces with a slightly medicinal lift, and the first whisper of Burmese oud registers underneath, bringing smoky depth. The heart is where the teas earn their place: black tea sharpens the sweetness, rooibos warms it, and tobacco dries the edges. Pink pepper flickers throughout, never loud enough to dominate but present enough to keep the composition breathing. As hours pass, the fruit recedes and the oud takes command, all three origins blending into a resinous hum that holds the structure together.
