Lemon and black pepper open the composition with a clean, bright snap and a sharp, almost mineral heat. The jasmine and rose carry the middle, rounding the pepper's bite and bringing a soft, slightly powdered floral layer that never overwhelms. Leather, oud, and vetiver anchor everything underneath, warm and woody, with the oud reading deep rather than aggressive. On skin, the citrus and pepper top notes hold confidently for the first stretch before the florals take over and the drydown settles into a close, intimate trace.
What makes the structure work is the placement of oud.
