The note combination is what makes this interesting. Tropical fruits, mango, plum, paired with white florals and mossy patchouli. Sweet against cool. The mango and plum bring a warmth that orange blossom and pink lotus then undercut with something cleaner, more luminous. The moss is the counterweight that stops it from being just another summer fruity-floral. Without it, this would be a pleasant warm-weather scent. With it, there's tension, the sweetness stays grounded, the florals stay from THIS side of the spectrum rather than powdery and nostalgic. It becomes something you can wear in October and not feel ridiculous.

The evolution

The opening is an immediate burst of tropical sweetness, mandarin and plum colliding with the mango, a sweetness that feels sunlit and ripe. The bergamot adds a brief citrus brightness before the florals begin their takeover. For the first 30 to 45 minutes, the heart takes over with pink lotus absolute and orange blossom, and here the mango lingers longer than expected, the tropical sweetness doesn't fully yield, it simply makes room. The orange blossom adds a clean floral warmth beneath the pink lotus, creating a duet rather than a transition. The drydown arrives around the two-hour mark and shifts the composition toward something cleaner and more intimate. Moss and patchouli provide a damp, green counterpoint that prevents the tropical sweetness from becoming cloying. White musk keeps the sillage close, moderate throughout, present but never shouting. The next morning, a faint trace of white musk and patchouli remains on fabric, close and quiet.
