The brand's inspiration is clear from the official line, a nod to Date For Men by Fragrance One, interpreted through Dua's catalog of reinterpreted compositions. Raza has built a body of work around taking familiar luxury profiles and offering them as something you can actually wear on a Tuesday, and this release continues that thread.
What makes His Perfect Date structurally interesting is the sheer density of its aromatic and spicy material. Twenty-eight listed notes is not a marketing gimmick here. The composition layers citrus brightness (orange, lemon, mandarin) against a warm-spicy heart built around cardamom, ginger, cinnamon, clove, and coffee, then drops the listener into a resinous base of benzoin, myrrh, copaiba balsam, gurjun balsam, guaiac wood, and oud.
