Mahsam Raza composed Cashmere Cream in 2026 as part of The Dua Brand's Inspired Expression / Dua Designer Line. The fragrance draws clear inspiration from Philosophy's Fresh Cream Warm Cashmere. Raza's version keeps that easy, wearable comfort at the center. It's a fragrance that opens with tangerine, bright enough to cut through the cream and warm enough to settle quickly into the woods underneath. The sandalwood in the base gives the whole composition something to lean on, a quiet anchor that prevents the softness from dissolving into something too sheer.
What makes the composition worth attention is the balance between the soft and the grounding. Cashmere wood in the heart carries the weight of the middle phase, an accord that bridges the bright citrus above and the heavier woods below without ever tipping into anything too dark or too dense. The orchid alongside it adds a gentle sweetness, the kind of floral presence that shapes texture rather than announcing itself as flower.
